My most satisfied part in this rendering drawing is the brick & concrete tiles. Ermm trying to create a shining effect for the floor tiles, but i think its not successful :(( Well, should practice more on colour marker rendering so i can finish a drawing faster & nicer!:D

Allign the title of the presentation drawing on the slope as part of the landscape designed. (compact on the ground as the trimmed bush & residence underground as the roots xD) Am i suppose to put the section below the plan? O.o? Well,need to figure it out.
